Any meditations to go back into past lives ? Can you do this by yourself ?
Yes, there are meditations to go back into past lives. I have a couple. The only problem with them for me. Is that I feel the talking distracts me, and keeps me from getting fully relaxed. I have thought about putting the track on loop, and just listening to it while I sleep, and see where it takes me if anywhere.
I've had past life readings done for me.. From a distance. I would love to do one in person. If I could find someone that could do it. As well as them being able to get my into a trance to perform one. I'm not good at relaxing my mind to that level. Perhaps they would be more successful for me.
I have not felt connections to these lives that I have been given in readings. So for me I was only going on what they have told me. I would love to know more of the readings to be able to know of my past lives. To see if there was any truth to what I have been told.
