I am happy to hear that your knee pain is gone and about the stiffness, I hope that disappears soon also. Sorry, but I think those pretzel poses have to go  too much salt isn't good for one, lol !

I see you must be taking this idea of " going green " seriously. I had to read your post twice to be sure it was you, I am so used to seeing the purple writing.
