Removal of the eight bondages leads to magnanimity of the heart.

1. hatred
2. shame
3. fear
4. grief
5. condemnation
6. race prejudice
7. pride of family
8. smugness

Through the removal of these one becomes fit to practice Asana, Pranayama, and Pratyahara

Asana means a steady and pleasant posture of the body.
Pranyama means control over prana, life force.
Pratayahara means withdrawal of the senses from external objects

Well i'm the 'anyone' Namaste2All. Those 'oscillations' as you coin the word are heavily tied up with the 8 bondages of the heart. We're meeting together again on the same landscape approaching it from different angels. Although it is all the same; It's that duality again..... trying to rise above the pain/pleasure syndrome into that higher reality above and beyond the experience of the senses.
