listening to the silence ........feeling the peace ..... and the window opens

Intuition is a sudden thought; 'i need to do this' and we r glad we did it.. We think of someone and suddenly they call us or we bump into them on the street. It is often an oddity and not the norm. Intuition is soul guidance when the mind is calm. We r picking up on these thoughts when the mind is calm. We r picking up on these vibrations when we have impartial reasoning and feeling.

Thoughts r very subtle vibrations in the ether. When we r receptive to those thoughts we r like a transmission and receiver station. When we want the outcome of events to run a certain way, we influence our thoughts. Fears and desires cloud the lake of the mind and disturb it.

The lake of the mind is rippled with emotion and disturbed with thoughts and feelings so we do not perceive that intuitive part of ourselves. Use the power of the mind to think and then take a step. Then think some more and take another step. Be receptive no matter what a person does. Do not have strong likes and dislikes. Do not be overly critical; Be receptive and impartial. When there is a flare up; there goes your calmness and peace. Hold on to the calmness that u have during and then after meditation.
